As Weems Engineering, we collaborated with the general contractor Paulson-Cheek Mechanical, Inc. on a project involving the installation of a chilled water system for a plant. Our scope included installing chilled water lines and air handling units (ATUs), setting six chillers and ten ATUs, with piping ranging from a 12-inch header to 2-inch drops. We utilized Victaulic fittings for most connections to ensure efficiency and reliability, while welding the main headers outside to connect the chillers, adhering to industry standards for a robust and efficient cooling system.
