In our 100,000 square foot shop, we fabricated large bore exhaust ductwork for a Liberty Flare, utilizing 3/8" thick carbon steel with diameters of 42, 48, and 84 inches. The ductwork was meticulously welded, with 10% of the welds subjected to X-ray inspection to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards. Once completed, the prefabricated ductwork was shipped to Tokai Carbon CB, where Liberty Flare successfully installed, completing the project with precision and efficiency.
