1. Returns Window & Eligibility

• You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a item.

• To be eligible for a return, your tool must be unused, uninstalled, free of jobsite debris/wear, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be returned in the original packaging along with all included components, hardware, and accessories.

   

2. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

• Items showing signs of jobsite use, wear, modifications, or damage caused by improper operation or overloading are not eligible for return.

• Clearance or marked "Final Sale" items cannot be returned.

   

3. Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

• Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and re-handling.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

   

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Please provide photos of the item and shipping box so we can inspect and issue a prepaid return shipping label or replacement parts promptly at no additional cost to you.

   

5. How to Initiate a Return

• Email services@weemsengineering.com with your order number and photo proof of the unused item.

• Once approved, ship the product securely to our shop in Dalton, GA.

• After we receive and inspect the item (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund minus shipping and restocking fees back to your original method of payment.
